Well, in Dark Forces II, the Sith vary their lightsaber colors. Jerec, Maw, Gorc and Pic have red ones, Yun has a yellow one in the cutscenes and an orange one during gameplay due to some error, and Sariss and Boc have blue ones. Plus, Darth Vader originally uses a blue lightsaber, and according to Clone Wars, Sith-in-training Asajj Ventress originally had a blue lightsaber and a green lightsaber. (Damn, I feel like a nerd.)
