For a technique that works and tastes better, eat your cereal from a smaller bowl. You’ll eat it before it gets too soggy, and pour yourself more. This is also effective portion control. I find a salsa bowl works best.

Well you could use as much milk and a little cereal so you eat it faster then pour yourself more.
