Okay, this isnt unrelated…you’re obviously talking about Paris’ orphan problem…i agree, but still, your caption is a metaphor, not unrelated.
Or it could have been unintentional?
Or could he be talking about the fact the French have the tendecy to not bathe, and when put into a city this has unpleasent results?
Or that French people like to argue, and release noxious fumes when they are angry?
