maybe the caption should be changed to: it is not ‘normally’ eaten raw.
although the Japanese refer to the US as 米国 (”beikoku”) which translates to “uncooked rice country”

the sand is pressing down on his lungs cause him to not be able to breath in as when he breaths out it compresses his lungs more. this little boy is now dead… unless he was lying down then hes fine
