ITS ET TU BRUTE
omg we learned this in class today
it’s not even french, FAIL!
its latin, hahah. EPIC FAIL FRENCH SCRUB
I MADE THIS ONE TOO!
It IS french tho!
its a famous quote from the play Julius Caesar by shakespear and u all fail its Latin meaning “Even you, Brutus?”
@ Ju: It’s supposed to be Latin, as it comes from Shakespeare’s “Julius Ceaser”. Ceaser was Roman, and they spoke Latin in Rome.
ok it was Et tu brute, and it was Latin, and we learned this in class yesterday so that’s a co-inkydink <3
tu no parle la francais!
Julius Caesar….*sigh* Just finished reading it. Too hard to understand….
It is indeed Latin (Caesar was a political/military leader from ROME, where Latin was spoken). Were it written in French, and similarly phrased, the line would read, “et toi, Brute?”
i confirm the fact that this is latin.
I love Julius Caesar, but am I the only one who likes the pic?
