wait, this one makes sense
Their true purpose is sinister.
I thought they were called flugelbinders…. that’s what they called them in the movie “Cocktail”.
I actually knew that they were called aglets! Learned it on a kids show my little sister watches

Kind of makes you want to sit a while and ponder on the nature of of shoe laces.
Of course the Buddist would know that. But wait…they don’t even wear shoes with laces, do they?
they had that on phineas and ferb.

I’m sure it was. There was a time when every show, whether for kids or adults, asked the question, “What is the name for the little plastic thingy on the end of shoelaces?”
Phineas and Ferb. “Don’t forget the aglet!”
